I need to change my password!

Whether you've forgotten your password or simply wish to change it, you can do so via your web browser and email. This process only works if completed via web browser, not the mobile app. For the best experience on our site, Google Chrome is recommended. Turn off any pop-up blockers temporarily for the process.


Follow the step-by-step instructions below to change your password:


1. Start by going to https://app.tonebase.co/logout via your web browser and selecting "forgot your password?" 























2. A pop-up in your browser will appear at the top of the screen ; enter your tonebase account's associated email address in the form by clicking it and typing. Please ensure your email address is not misspelled. Hit OK.



You should see another pop-up in the upper right hand corner that looks like this:





3. Open a new tab in your browser to check your account's associated email address's inbox for a message from team@tonebase.co containing a password reset link. (Check your email's spam and promotional folders if you do not see it). Click RESET YOUR PASSWORD:



4. A page will appear with a blank form to fill in your preferred password. 



You will receive this confirmation pop-up after hitting SAVE:




5. Once more, go to https://app.tonebase.co/logout and enter your account's full associated email address and new password to log in.
