Why can't I log into my account?

Sorry you're having trouble accessing your account! Here are a few common solutions:

  • Try going to https://app.tonebase.co/logout and entering your email and password.
  • Check to make sure the email address is the same one you used to create your subscription.
  • If you signed up originally with Facebook or Google, you'll need to use one of those login options.
  • Try resetting your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" at the login module via web browser
  • Clear your browser's cache/cookies/history.
  • Turn off ad-blockers
  • Ensure you are using our supported web browsers (Safari or Chrome) and that they are updated


If you recently attempted a password reset, please ensure you use the web browser to create your new password before logging into the mobile app.
