Why I am not getting tonebase emails and responses?

If you have sent multiple emails over a long period of time with no answer, a few possible causes are:


1. Our responses are going to your Spam Folder

2. Your email host has blocked tonebase emails from being received by you. To avoid this, please add team@tonebase.co to your contacts list and ensure this email address has not been flagged in the past. If it has, please unflag or contact your email host to unflag it.

3. A common typo in the email address is to use ".com" instead of ".co"; Please check that the address is spelled correctly as team@tonebase.co


If you continue to have issues, please try contacting us from a different email address, or try sending an email to our Customer Success Representative at ashley@tonebase.co
