We're sorry to see you go! You can schedule your subscription to cancel at any point by going to your account settings on the web browser (Chrome or Safari) not the app and clicking "Cancel [instrument] Subscription." You will then be taken through the process to cancel your subscription. NOTE: Please ensure you complete the process until you are given the option to CLOSE & CONFIRM.

Your subscription will remain accessible until it expires before the next billing period and you will not be charged any further.
Let us know if you have any trouble with that process by providing your account's associated email address and we will manually cancel it for you. Please note that if we manually cancel for you, your subscription will be terminated immediately.
