tonebase offers an industry-leading 90-day money back guarantee on all purchases. If you purchased through the browser and you'd like to request a refund within that period, please send an email to team@tonebase.co; if you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, you will need to contact Apple or Google 


Note: You may also switch your subscription type within the 90-day policy to apply any paid funds towards your new subscription. Monthly users can only receive funds if they are within 90-days of account creation.
