Each subscription is allowed one (1) switch to a different instrument. In order to start this process, you must start a free trial with the new instrument you'd like to learn, as well as sending us an email at team@tonebase.co notifying us that you are making the switch so that we may ensure you are correctly billed by cancelling the old instrument and moving the new instrument's billing date in accordance with the old one. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to offer this convenience.
