Can I change my subscription plan?

Unfortunately the feature to switch your subscription manually is not available at this time. Please contact us at team@tonebase.co with your subscription change request and we will work with you to make the desired changes.


If you located a deal of ours that you would like to apply to your account/replace a previous discount then please reach out to us, please do not cancel your subscription to do so. Reach out to us directly and we will make the changes for you.


Note: While Monthly memberships can be upgraded at any point, Yearly memberships cannot be downgraded to a monthly membership until the date of expiration has been reached.
