There are various reasons a video lesson or livestream won't play. Here are a few common solutions you can use to remedy the issue:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Ensure you are using our approved browsers (Safari or Chrome) and that it is updated to the latest version
- Refresh the page
-Check your internet connection is stable and has a speed high enough to load videos
- Turn off ad-blockers (please note: this is not going to enable ads to appear in the video, it is simply the cause of some video issues)
- If Vimeo is blocked in your country please use a VPN to watch lessons and live streams
