If your payment method has expired or is about to expire, you will receive an email notifying you and requesting a payment method update. This is sent so that you will not lose access at the end of your current billing period due to payment failure. We know how frustrating it can be to lose access because of billing issues, especially when you're hard at work practicing! Take the time to update your payment method, and your access will not be interrupted. If you don't plan on renewing, just let us know and we will remove the expired payment method for you, and you can set up your subscription cancellation via your account settings page.
