What if I got unexpectedly billed?

If you are receiving payment requests and you either a.) already have an active account or b.) already cancelled your account, then you may have accidentally activated a duplicate account or did not complete the cancellation process. 


If you purchased through the web browser, please contact us at team@tonebase.co and provide a list of any email addresses that may be associated with your account(s), or provide the date, time, and amount of the incorrect charge so we may solve the issue as soon as possible. 


If you purchased via the App Store or Google Play, please contact them directly for a refund request.


PLEASE NOTE: Monthly subscription payments made within 90-days of the free trial end-date can be fully refunded. Yearly and Lifetime can be refunded within 90 days of the most recent payment.
