Our system requires a credit card to ensure there is no interruption in access to the platform for individuals who want to continue past the trial period. If at any point you decide you don't want to continue with the subscription, you can cancel before the trial period ends and you won't be charged. You can also request that your payment information be removed by emailing us at team@tonebase.co and we'll be happy to do so!
