If you're experiencing problems checking out please try the following solutions.


- Clear your browser cache and cookies

- Try using our supported browsers (Chrome, Safari)

- If you already tried on our supported browsers, please try a different one for the checkout process only

- Customers tend to be more successful with Paypal; try that if you haven't already

- Do not apply any coupons at checkout if the subscription is already discounted

- Forewarn your financial institution that tonebase has permission to charge your account if you don't decide to cancel
